Kittery Resident Receives Special Recognition
Kittery Adult Education Director, Pauli Rines acknowledges that Peg Grimes of Kittery is the recipient of the Distinguished Service/ Special Recognition Volunteer award presented recently by the Maine Adult Education Association. This annual award is given to a person who has made a special contribution to an adult education program. Rines indicated that Peg has volunteered with Kittery Adult Ed. for the past three years and has had great success turning reluctant and non-readers into avid readers. In addition, Peg has also participated in numerous specialized training programs and presented workshops.
