Sushi Made Simple
Sushi may seem mysterious and exotic but making great sushi at home is something anyone can do. Join this fun, hands-on adventure into the art of sushi rolling. Participants will choose from a wide assortment of sushi fillings, making it fun to customize your own rolls to eat during class. A full meal will be served including miso soup and a dessert, both made with sea vegetables. Everyone will receive a bamboo mat to roll their own sushi and bring home afterwards. No raw fish will be served. This class is vegan-friendly. Please bring a cutting board, sharp, non-serrated knife, large bowl, and a cotton dish towel. Cost includes all food. Children ages 12 and older are welcomed to register with a registered adult.
