Bring your Yoga practice outdoors, connect with nature, and try something new!  We will review basic paddle techniques and safety instructions prior to anchoring down for a 60 minute relaxing SUP Yoga Class.  No Experience Necessary. You must be able to Swim. Cheryl is a 500 RYT Yoga Instructor. She is an Occupational Therapist, Nutritionist, Life Coach, Snowboard Instructor and Owner of a small Kittery Based Business, Tides of Life SUP Yoga. Paddleboard, Anchor, PDF Life Vest, and a Paddle are provided. Class is limited to 8 participants. Bring to Class: Arrive in clothing that can get wet and are comfortable to move in. Class Meets at Cutts Island Trail/Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge at 37 Seapoint Road in Kittery Point, Maine. Parking along side of road.

Meet for the third Class online to view and critique your images! See the Kennebec‘s most beautiful lighthouses in the splendor of springtime! During this springtime cruise, you’ll see up to six lighthouses: Doubling Point Light, the Kennebec Range Lights, Squirrel Point Light, Perkins Island Light, Pond Island Light, and Seguin Island Light. North Spore Every gardener in America should be growing mushrooms! If upgrading your garden this year sounds fun, join Louis Giller, from North Spore www.northspore.com, for an informative presentation. He will cover: Why one should garden with mushrooms including culinary and ecological benefits, basic fungal biology, growing techniques, tools and materials needed as well as the appropriate mushroom species to use, best times to prepare, plant, and expect harvests, and how to keep the garden healthy throughout the season. This will be a virtual class. You will be sent a ZOOM link closer to the start of the class.

Come and enjoy a walk through Fort Foster.  On this tour you will see and learn about the history of the structures that are there now and see the sites of others that no longer exist. We will be walking a large part of the Fort, so please wear appropriate shoes. While dogs are allowed at Fort Foster, we ask that you leave yours at home for this tour. But be sure to bring your camera or cell phone. Class will meet at the entrance gate of Fort Foster. Additional fee may be required for entrance to Fort Foster.
