While classes may be cancelled due to instructor emergencies, public health or weather events, most are cancelled due to low enrollment. Enrichment classes are self-supporting. This means each class must create enough revenue to cover all costs. Therefore, when enrollment is low, we need to cancel, most often the week before a class is scheduled to start.
Normally we do not contact you prior to a class starting.
We only contact you if a class is cancelled.
If you have paid and do not hear from us then the class is running as scheduled.
Please check the brochure or full course description for details on where class is located and if you need to bring any materials or pay a material fee to the instructor.
Material fees paid to the instructor should be paid the first night and by cash or check.
As always, please feel free to contact us during normal office hours if you have any questions or concerns at 207-439-5896 or email cfurbish@kitteryschools.com
